ROOTS — Where It All Began
Sagrario Cadena is a speaker, certified coach, community leader, entrepreneur, and business development professional whose entrepreneurial roots began long before her professional career.
Raised among generations of hardworking business owners and visionary women entrepreneurs, she learned early that determination, relationships, and service are at the heart of sustainable success. At just 12 years old, Sagrario began working in her family’s secondhand store, where she discovered one of the principles that continues to guide her today: business is ultimately about people.
Those early experiences shaped her ability to listen, recognize needs, build genuine relationships, and turn ideas into meaningful opportunities.
LEADERSHIP — Turning Experience Into Impact
Over more than a decade, Sagrario has built a career spanning business development, community engagement, nonprofit leadership, strategic partnerships, communications, public health, and advocacy.
She holds an Associate of Arts in Integrated Marketing Communications and is a John Maxwell Certified Teacher, Speaker, and Coach, with additional training in nonprofit management, community health, public health leadership, and chaplaincy.
Her leadership is deeply influenced by faith and service. For 18 years, she has served in faith-centered leadership and supported ministries, missions, and community initiatives. Whether speaking, coaching, developing strategy, or connecting organizations with their communities, Sagrario leads with a philosophy centered on integrity, courage, connection, empowerment, and purpose.
PURPOSE — Building a Legacy
Today, Sagrario is bringing together a lifetime of entrepreneurship and more than a decade of professional experience to expand her work in speaking, leadership development, business development, coaching, advocacy, and community engagement.
Her vision reaches beyond business success. She wants to create conversations around entrepreneurship, Business 101, leadership, empowerment, faith, and purpose while helping individuals and communities recognize their potential and transform vision into action.For Sagrario, the goal is not simply to build a platform—it is to build a meaningful legacy: developing leaders, empowering others, creating connections, and using her voice to make an impact far beyond her own community.
