About Sagrario Cadena
Sagrario Cadena is a motivational speaker, certified coach, and community leader with over a decade of experience in leadership, community engagement, business development, nonprofit service, and advocacy. With an Associate of Arts in Integrated Marketing Communications and experience in public speaking and on-camera media, she is also a John Maxwell Certified Teacher, Speaker, and Coach, nonprofit management mentor, Community Health Worker, and Public Health Leadership Academy participant. Inspired by her own challenges and the experience of raising three humans—including navigating her son’s autism journey—Sagrario transformed adversity into purpose. Today, she is passionate about empowerment, cultivating meaningful relationships, developing leaders, and connecting people and communities with the resources and opportunities they need to grow, succeed, and create lasting impact.

When I’m not speaking, coaching, or connecting people and communities, I believe in enjoying the journey along the way.
I’m a woman of faith, a proud mother of three, and now embracing one of my favorite new titles—Glammy. Family keeps me grounded and continually reminds me that some of the most important leadership happens far away from a stage or boardroom.
I’m an entrepreneur at heart, a natural connector, and someone who genuinely enjoys bringing people together. I love travel, meaningful conversations, good food, discovering new places, getting dressed up for a great event, and finding plenty of reasons to laugh. I’m equally comfortable talking business and big ideas as I am enjoying a beautiful sunset, family time, or a spontaneous adventure.
I believe life is about continuing to grow, staying curious, creating memories, and leaving the next generation with a stronger foundation and a higher ceiling from which to build their own dreams.
And while I take my purpose seriously, I don’t believe we have to take ourselves seriously all the time.
Because purpose and professionalism can have personality, too.
